• Senior Elite (ages 15 and up)/College Swimmers:

  • Mornings: Water 8-10am; Dryland 10-11am

  • Afternoons: Water 5-5:45 pm; Dryland 5:45-7:30pm

• AG Performance Black (ages 13-14):

  • Mornings: Water 10-11:30am; Dryland 11:30am-12:30pm

  • Afternoons: Water 5-5:45 pm; Dryland 5:45-7:30pm

• AG Development (Red):

  • Mornings: Water 11-11:45am; Dryland 11:45am-1:00pm

  • NO Afternoon practices for Red Group
