How do I sign my child up?

Just contact the branch of your choice and a staff member will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule a tryout. Once completed, you will be given information regarding schedules, fees, meet/event dates, etc. You will also need to download the 2008 USA Swimming/Florida Swimming Athlete Registration Form, fill it out and forward it to the head branch coach. Be sure to include a copy of your child's birth certificate and a check for $54 payable to "Tampa Bay Aquatics."

Swimmers new to TBAY who have competed on a previous USA or Florida team must complete a transfer form. Please complete the form and send it directly to the FL Swimming office either via email (FLSOffice2@aol.com )or fax (352-242-5245).
