TBAY Level System
At TBAY, we use a system of progressive system of athlete
development called "Levels." This system helps to ensure
the long-term positive development of our swimmers. The
descriptions below show the exit requirement (what is needed to
graduate from a level, so to speak). Moving to the next
level takes more than just swimming faster at meets...click on a
level below to find out more.
