TBAY Level System

At TBAY, we use a system of progressive system of athlete development called "Levels."  This system helps to ensure the long-term positive development of our swimmers.  The descriptions below show the exit requirement (what is needed to graduate from a level, so to speak).  Moving to the next level takes more than just swimming faster at meets...click on a level below to find out more.
