Kelley Allen, Head Coach of the Westchase Branch: Kelley is well into his second decade coaching in the Tampa Bay Area and has a solid list of accomplishments. As well earning his ASCA Level 4 Certification, Kelley has been a member of the Florida Swimming Zone Team Staff in '04 & '06. He has been nominated for Florida Swimming Age Group Coach of the Year several times. Kelley has coached several Jr. Olympic Champs and Jr. Olympic High Point Winners and was a member of the coaching staff on two Jr. Olympic Championship Teams. Kelley Allen's swimmers have been consistently named to Florida Swimming All-Star Teams & Florida Swimming Zone Teams. Kelley even had a former swimmer on the Peruvian Olympic Team in Beijing, swimming the 200 Fly in 2008.
