Fernando Sedano-Roman Attends World Championships in Qatar TBAY's own Fernando Sedano-Roman was recently selected by FINA (Fédération Internationale de Natation - International Swimming Federation), in cooperation with the Qatar Olympic Committee and Doha 2014 Local Organizing Committee to attend the first-ever Youth Program in Doha (QAT). Congratulations to Fernando Sedano-Roman for competing in in the 2014 Caribbean Island Swimming Championships that were held in Barbados this past weekend. Fernando had an outstanding meet finishing with 5 medals (4 gold and 1 Silver), breaking a Puerto Rican National record and setting a new C.I.S.C record.
